Project Management

We draw on our significant and over-arching development project experience to appraise potential commercial ventures from both a commercial viability and technical delivery perspective.

Feasibility Studies:

We can reconcile our clients brief with in house design skills and commercial acumen to test preliminary project assumptions. This allows for an early and cost efficient assessment of a project with a view to identifying headline financial, technical and policy constraints.

Master-Planning

We have gleaned considerable experience on the preparation of medium to large scale master-plans working closely with both Local Authorities, Government Departments and Specialist Local Consultants both nationally and internationally. We draw on this experience to prepare sustainable communities in line with the very best in region specific design practice.

Contract Procurement & Administration:

We have extensive experience in devising appropriate building procurement strategies in line with RIAI, CIF and RICS/SCS agreed protocols and procedures, which respond to relevant technical and commercial factors.

Architectural Conservation:

As a Practice accredited in conservation at Grade III we can advise on the philosophy, principles and legal background of conservation to ensure clients understand the implications of the purchase or ownership of a protected structure. We can advise clients of their statutory obligations and the need for maintenance strategies and appropriate general repairs to historic fabric of the building.

We examine a historic building or site, and identify its emotional, cultural and use significance which can influence the design of appropriate alterations and extensions to meet clients requirements.

Health & Safety:

As a Royal Institute of Ireland Accredited Project Supervisor Design Process Practice we can ensure that our client comply with the relevant requirement of Health and Safety Legislation i.e. Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and subsequent Regulations.
