Feasibility studies for the development of two modern satellite towns in public private partnership with the Government of Uganda. The long term plan is to create a modern satellite town within the city of Kampala with 1747 dwellings to accommodate all existing tenants and a mixed use development on the remainder of the sites. The proposed re-development program of the housing estate into the modern satellite town follows the 1994 Kampala District Structure Plan which proposed four new commercial centres to relieve the pressure on Kampala Central Business District. The towns will comprise residential, commercial, recreational and educational facilities along with infrastructure and public spaces.
