Revere Beach has a long and rich history as an accessible recreational shore. The City of Revere, is working to encourage development at historic Revere Beach. Our proposal is for a large scale mixed residential, retail and luxury hotel development. The scheme would deliver 149 apartments, 400 bed landmark hotel and conference centre and 130,000 ft2 of Retail & Office designed to capitalise on the site’s unique aspect and to deliver a high quality active public realm with a distinct sense of place.
