Proposals for the redevelopment and extension of existing building into a 16 room boutique hotel with a restaurant at ground level. The overall concept was to deliver high quality accommodation and enhance the existing building through remodelling of existing elevation to create a strong visual presence for the corner site and its prominent location on Dublin Road the main access road into Galway city.
