Proposed refurbishment and re-development of existing landmark building situated in the heart of historic Youghal. The modernisation works included a new function room, six additional bedrooms and twelve self-contained apartments. The aim is to repair, restore and upgrade the existing structure without adversely affecting the original fabric of the building or their visual amenity and character.
