The proposed residential units are generously sized mainly dual aspect, and all are provided with private amenity space in the form of balconies and in most cases exceed London Housing Design Guide requirements and follows the Lifetime Homes requirements. Robust, low maintenance material finishes were selected to complement the existing context with the penthouse level treated with a dark coloured slate finish to promote a ‘roof style’ appearance and mitigate its visual impact.
