A warehousing development on the outskirts of Westport town comprising of double height, metal clad, portal framed units, which are largely open plan internally with provision for staff, administration and ancillary room divisions. The units are arranged to mitigate any adverse effects the proposed development might have on existing proximate residential amenities through the incorporation of landscaping/screening along the relevant boundaries and utilising the existing topography to minimise the visual impact of the development.
