Refurbishment and renovation of existing shop(a protected structure) that consisted of the demolition of an existing two storey dilapidated building to the rear to be replaced with a modern three storey extension connected to the retained front building at ground floor level to provide a restaurant on ground floor and 2 no. retail units to 1st & 2nd floors.  The new extension fronts onto an existing public pedestrian link that runs along the existing dilapidated building.
